What a great vacation!
I think I've explored every roadside farm-stand here in my area. Bought one food dehydrator, dried a massive amount of beef, followed by turkey, five trays full of mangoes and papaya. Went back to Bed and Bath and bought another dehydrator, and am now drying one full of sweet potato chips, and the other beet chips.
Supper tonight is a nice rack of naturally raised baby backs, a bottle of Two buck Chuck's, life can't get no better!
By the way...the jerky is perfect! I might change professions!
